Issues with Your Order
If you receive a wrong product, damaged item, or find something missing, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kuhlteen.in along with:
- Order ID
- Invoice copy
- Description of the issue
- Clear images of the product and packaging
Product Damage or Leaks
If the product arrived damaged or leaked, include images or video showing the issue and the batch number from the product (near the MRP/ in the label).
We will review your complaint within 48 hours and respond accordingly.
Shipping Charges
- Got stuff worth ₹499 or more? We ship it free—all the way to your doorstep!
- For orders under ₹499, we charge a cool ₹50. Just a lil’ fee to send your Kühlness flying.
- We usually dispatch your order in 2–3 business days—we’re quick like that!
- You can expect the delivery within 4-7 working days
- Once it’s out the door, your tracking link will hit your inbox faster than your next selfie upload.
Returns & Refunds
You can request a return or replacement within 48 hours of delivery for the following issues:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or leaked product
- Expired product
Return Process
- Email support@kuhllteen.in with order and product details
- Allow 2 working days for review
- After verification, we will process your refund or replacement (subject to stock availability)
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Items purchased during a sale
- Any damage occurring after successful delivery
